Two Bakersfield Police Detectives involved in an officer involved shooting from February have been cleared. The critical incident review board says Issac Aleman and Ryan McWilliams followed the rules when they shot Anthony Ramierez back on February 11th. He was wanted on multiple charges, including carjacking and gang activity. Both Aleman and McWilliams have been returned to fully duty
