Remembering a hero. The memorial and funeral for Porterville Fire Captain Ray Figueroa will be held this morning at St. Mary’s Church in Delano. The service is set to begin at 10am with the funeral expected immediately after at North Kern Cemetery. Captain Figueroa of course is one of two firefighters killed battling the blaze at the city library.
