TULARE, Calif. (AP) – Police in Tulare, believe a shooting that killed a man and wounded five other people is gang-related. The shooting occurred Wednesday night as a group of more than 60 people gathered at an apartment complex following the burial of a man who died in a car crash.  Police Sgt. Edward Hinojosa says a 23-year-old man was killed and the wounded included a 7-year-old girl. He says the scene was chaotic as officers arrived, and the entire department is helping investigate the crime scene. Tulare is a city of about 64,000 in the San Joaquin Valley, about 160 miles north of Los Angeles.
