(Los Angeles, CA) — Fire crews are continuing to battle the Lake Fire in Los Angeles County. The blaze has burned over 11-thousand acres and was 12% contained as of last night. More than 100 homes have been evacuated near Lake Hughes, and three structures have been destroyed. Evacuation orders remain in place due to wind forecasts and high heat expected for today. The Lake Fire erupted Wednesday afternoon in the area of Lake Hughes and Pine Canyon roads.
