Trump insists, without offering any evidence, that voting by mail favors Democrats.” And, although McCarthy is one of Trump’s biggest supporters, the Bakersfield Republican tells CNBC that – quote – “The Postal Service will get the funding that it needs.” McCarthy also says “any Republican that gets their ballot in the mail should vote.”
