In a statement issued yesterday, Cal Fire said it does not have the infrastructure to accept any donations, including food. Officials noted that Incident Command Posts and base camps are set up to provide support to firefighters, including food and other supplies. Cal Fire suggests contacting local Red Cross organizations to see if they are accepting donations for those in need.
