Bakersfield Police Looking for Catalytic Converter Theft Suspects

The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying a subject wanted for attempted residential burglary. On April 8, 2021 around 11:30 AM, three suspects responded to the 7100 block of Ranch House Road and parked on the victim’s driveway. The two passengers exited the suspect vehicle and removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1
Hispanic male, 20 to 28 years of age, thin to medium build, black “bowl” style hair cut, gray hooded sweatshirt, with a tattoo on the right side of his neck and possibly a forehead tattoo

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Suspect #2
Hispanic or light complexion black female, 22 to 28 years of age, with fuchsia colored shoulder length hair (possibly a wig), thin to medium build, wearing a dark purple long sleeved top

2008, Honda Civic, 4 door
