My name is Larry Horton. I’m 30 years old and married! I teach 5th grade at El Camino Real in Arvin. I am going into my 4th year of teaching this year. I was born and raised in Arvin and went to most of the Arvin schools. Some of my current co-workers were actually my teachers back in the day. Teaching was always my dream job as a child and I am so excited to be starting another school year!

Every year I try to make the beginning of the year fun, exciting, and engaging, but this year I feel like my incoming fifth grade students have a welcome back that is better than ever! Most of my students have not been on campus since March of 2020! The things I am asking for on my Amazon wishlist are all going to be used by my students and will make learning both engaging and purposeful! I would be eternally grateful to have this wish list filled!
