The Tulare County Sheriff says they have made two arrests in the massacre in Goshen last month, where six members of a family were killed. Mike Boudreaux says 35 year-old Angel Uriarte was found in Goshen, and 25 year-old Noah Beard in Visalia, with Uriarte exchanging gunfire with A-T-F agents before being injured by a bullet.
