Three people are facing charges in a deadly shooting in southeast Bakersfield.

Prosecutors say Devin Jones, 18, is charged with murder.

Two other teenagers, Kaleb Washington and Adrian Herron, are also charged in juvenile court.

The three suspects are accused of killing Carl Powell, Jr., 44, in the 2100 block of Lotus Lane in February.
