Kern County Animal Services is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect accused of placing an injured dog in a dumpster in east Bakersfield.

A video is being circulated online depicting the injured dog being wrapped in a blanket and being dropped inside the dumpster in the 3300 block of Niles Street between 1:40 and 2 a.m. Monday.
