A 71-year-old Bakersfield man has admitted to distributing child porn.

Neal Pendleton entered a no-contest plea to the charges Friday. A charge of selling obscene matter was dismissed..

He was arrested June 7 when several law enforcement agencies served a search warrant at his home in the 1000 block Shattuck Avenue.

Pendleton remains in jail on $100,000 bail and faces sentencing August 13.
