A Stevie Wonder impersonator faces serious charges after allegedly inappropriately touching a young child at a Bakersfield gas station.

It happened June 30 when Tino Iback, 54, reportedly made contact with a 3-year-old girl at Snappy’s gas station in the 3600 block of Stockdale Highway.

Court documents state Ibach reportedly approached the girl and her mother inside the store and grabbed the child’s hands.

The mother told authorities that Ibach was her neighbor. Police questioned Iback and say they discovered a video on Ibach’s phone depicting a minor in a bathing suit.

Ibach is charged with lewd acts with a child, attempted kidnapping, and battery and is expected in court August 6.
