The Bakersfield Police Department and the California Highway Patrol are asking for your help locating an at-risk missing juvenile.

An alert was issued Monday in the search for Kiara Hernandez , 2, who was reportedly abducted by her mother, Karen Hernandez, 32.

Both were last seen on Monday at around 2:05 p.m. in the 600 block of 24th Street in central Bakersfield.

Kiara Hernandez is described as a 2 feet 2 inches tall, 60 pounds, with a light complexion. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts.

Karen Hernandez is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall with a thin build and a light complexion. She has brunette hair, brown eyes, and a rose tattoo on her right arm. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts.
