The search continues for an inmate who escaped from Kern County Sheriff’s deputies.

KCSO says the man got away while he was being transported for an appointment late Saturday night.

There’s no word on his name or the location from where he escaped, however a video on social media showed a man in an orange jumpsuit and white shoes running through a parking lot at Kern Medical.

The video shows the inmate fall, get up, and continue running through the parking lot. A female deputy is seen running after him.
