There’s been another shooting near the Kern County fairgrounds.

At least one man suffered moderate to major injuries and was taken to Kern Medical after he was shot Monday night on Belle Terrace at South P Street.

Monday’s incident marks the second shooting near the fairgrounds in less than a week.

A man was shot to death September 17 in the 900 block of Vine Drive.
