An 18-year-old man has been fatally shot in northeast Bakersfield.

Shots rang out early Sunday morning in the 3400 block of Meadow Vista Court, north of Panorama Drive and west of Fairfax Road. Police say the victim died at the scene.

Detectives have located physical evidence and surveillance video of a possible suspect vehicle.
