A preliminary hearing for a woman charged in a deadly Bakersfield crash has been set for December.
Prosecutors say Anabell Correa, 22, was drunk when her car ran a red light at Coffee Road and Stockdale Highway in March, slamming into a rideshare carrying 30-year-olds Max and Desiree Mooney.
Max died at the scene. Desiree died at Kern Medical.
Correa faces eight felony counts including two charges of second-degree murder.
The hearing is scheduled for December 1.
