Three men were ordered bound over for trial Monda for allegedly killing a Fresno State student at a park in Delano.

Kevin Gonzalez, Jonathan Gutierrez, and Alexander Carrillo were apprehended in 2022 following the shooting death of Nayeli Gonzalez, 19.

Police say the men argued with Gonzalez and another person at Cesar Chavez Park, then shot them and fled the scene in a car on Jan. 2, 2020.

Gonzalez died at the scene. The other person survived.

Kevin Gonzalez has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder and is being held without bail.

Gutierrez and Carrillo are also facing homicide charges,
