A judge has delayed the hearing for a former Shafter teacher charged with possessing child porn.
Zachary McGraw was a 6th grade teacher at Golden Oak Elementary and allegedly admitted to owning a phone containing the illegal content.
Police say they linked uploads to McGraw’s IP address and searched his home.
McGraw was arrested in December and was charged in February.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 9 when a judge will decide if there’s sufficient evidence for the case to proceed.
