BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — An argument at a bar leads to the stabbing of a woman in downtown Bakersfield.
Police are piecing together clues after the incident around 1:30 a.m. Saturday where officers found the victim lying in the middle of the street in the 1500 block of 19th Street.
About 100 people described by police as hostile and unruly were gathered around the victim as officers rolled up.
Police say they caught Gjadah Renae, 22 with a knife running from the scene.
The woman suffered moderate injuries.
