Every year, local teachers spend hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets on classroom supplies. That’s why KUZZ and Mentors Moving & Storage are proud to bring back “Clear the List”—helping local educators get the items they need so their students can learn and succeed this school year.
We’ll spotlight a different teacher’s classroom wish list every weekday at 7:20 a.m. and again at 5:20 p.m..
Together, we can help Clear the List, one classroom at a time.

Kassie Lowe – Laurelglen Elementary
Kassie has on average 28 students many from low income backgrounds. She always strives to make her classroom feel warm and welcoming. And that her students feel like a family, as they spend so many hours together during the week. She helps build their confidence and feel safe in her classroom. Anyone who had a child in there is lucky.
Jaymee Coombs – Patriot Elementary
I am a 4th grade teacher at Patriot Elementary. This will be my 9th year teaching and I’m looking forward to welcoming 30 4th grade students into my classroom this year. Thank you for supporting teachers as we create a welcoming, engaging, and productive space for our students to learn!
Crystal Gillespie – Fremont Elementary
She spends so much time every year carefully putting together her classroom. She funds a lot of it herself. I know she has had some things on her wish list that she isn’t able to get. She works tirelessly every year providing after school tutoring and working with families to help her students reach their goals and feel successful.
Mrs. Burger – Fairfax Middle School
My wife has one of the biggest hearts I know, and she gives everything she has to her students. She spends countless hours creating meaningful learning experiences and often uses her own money to make sure her classroom has what her students need. Clearing her Amazon Wishlist would be an incredible blessing—not just for her, but for the kids whose lives she works so hard to impact every day. Cassidee Winterset – Columbia Elementary
Hi! I’m Cassidee Winterset, and I’m a first-year kindergarten teacher excited to welcome my very first class this fall. After a year of hard work earning my teaching credential, I’m thrilled to begin my career at the same elementary school where I attended kindergarten, a true full-circle moment. I’m working to create a warm, engaging classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and excited to learn.
