LAKE ISABELLA, CA (KUZZ) — Four people were rescued from a capsized boat at Isabella Lake.
Rescuers with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office got a distress call Wednesday evening for a sinking vessel and sent a helicopter crew who found the victims in the water clinging to the side of the boat at the lake near the community of Lake Isabella.
KCSO says the boat was affected by strong winds in the area.
There’s no word if any of the victims were injured.
