BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — A Kern County judge has determined there is enough evidence to conduct a trial for two people accused of a murder at an Oildale trailer park.
Daniel Graham, 41, and Misha Allen, 42,. will stand trial for allegedly killing Roxana Jo Kelly, 62, whose body was found August 8, 2025, inside her burned-out trailer at Superior Mobile Home Park on State Road.
Kelly’s trailer caught fire the night of the killing.
In a jailhouse interview, Graham told KGET-TV he choked Kelly to death because she owed him money.
Graham also admitted to killing six other people in California and New Mexico.
He and Allen are due back in court April 1, 2026.
