BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — Police are asking for the public’s help as they search for a man who burglarized a church in southwest Bakersfield.
Officers say it happened January 30, 2026, at Fellowship Baptist Church in the 3000 block of Stine Road where the suspect broke into the building and stole property from the church.
Police haven’t said exactly what was taken.
The suspect is six feet tall and was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the front and white lettering on the sleeves.
He was also wearing dark colored pants with red sweatpants underneath and dark colored shoes. He was carrying a black backpack.
