BUTTONWILLOW, CA (KUZZ) — Teen drivers will have a chance to learn about safety behind the wheel during an upcoming Start Smart class at the CHP Buttonwillow office.
Start Smart is a popular program which offers a free two-hour class to current and prospective teenage drivers and their parents and guardians. It teaches safe driving habits, the consequences of a poor choice behind the wheel, and tips on how to avoid a crash.
The class is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the CHP Buttonwillow office, located at 29449 Stockdale Highway.
