BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — Bakersfield police are asking for your help as they search for a man who stole fundraising event items from a middle school classroom.
It happened around 7 p.m. on May 18, 2026, at Paul L. Cato Middle School in the 4100 block of Vineland Road.
Investigators are looking for a man who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
