BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — Bakersfield police are continuing to investigate the death of a local doctor found unresponsive in a residential swimming pool.
The Kern County Coroner identified the victim as Sarwa Aldoori, 71, who was found Tuesday evening at a home on Pineglen Drive.
Aldoori practiced OB-GYN and cosmetic surgery at Bella Health and Beauty. She surrendered her physician’s license in March 2024 after the California Medical Board accused her of not complying with her probation terms after the death of a patient.
