BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — A 50-year-old Bakersfield woman reported missing over the Fourth of July weekend has been found dead.
Police say Michele Pine was located Saturday, July 4, 2026, on Allen Road after officers got reports of a non-responsive woman.
Pine had been reported missing July 3 and was considered at risk due to a mental health condition.
Police say there was no visible trauma.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
