BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — Bakersfield police have arrested the owner of a local massage parlor following a prostitution investigation.
According to investigators, Yan Lahn, 50, owner of Dream Massage on Meany Avenue, was taken into custody Friday on suspicion of pandering and maintaining a house of prostitution.
Detectives say they recovered evidence related to prostitution, along with more than $17,000 in cash during the investigation.
One employee was also cited on a prostitution-related charge.
Authorities have not released additional details, and the investigation remains ongoing.
