BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) –The final defendant in a deadly gang-related shooting outside Central Cali Market in east Bakersfield has accepted a plea deal.
Brandon Billingsley, 23, pleaded no contest Wednesday to charges including murder and gang participation in the May 2020 killing of Raul Dominguez, 38, on East California Avenue.
Billingsley faces 50 years to life in prison when he is sentenced next month.
Two co-defendants, Mark Milner and Parrish Stinson, were convicted last year and are serving life sentences without the possibility of parole.
