Three people have been arrested for furnishing alcohol to minors.The arrests come after police conducted a decoy operation. Saturday’s enforcement was spread throughout Bakersfield and police say their minor decoy asked 34 people to buy alcohol, the four who did were booked. State Alcoholic Beverage Control provides the money to conduct these operations.
