The coroner’s office has identified the man shot inside an apartment complex on North Laurelglen Boulevard as 32-year-old Hardeep Singh of Bakersfield. Police say it happened late Friday night near Gosford Road and the victim died at the scene. There have been no arrests and a suspect description has not been released.
