Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a boy in east Bakersfield.

Someone reported seeing a truck and gardening trailer Monday that matched Hilaro Viruncruz’s vehicle on Cliffwood Way and Derby Drive.

Viruncruz is accused of luring the boy into his car and taking him to a remote spot before Saturday’s attack.
