Free After-School Program
The Bakersfield Police Activities League is offering a free After-School Program starting August 26th for children ages 6–17. Bakersfield Holiday Toy Run
The Bakersfield Holiday Toy Run is happening Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the CSUB Amphitheater. Bring a new unwrapped toy to benefit children supported by The Open Door Network. Check-in starts at 6 a.m. and the run begins at 7 a.m.
