The Guided Partners in Safety program is offering driving school scholarships to eligible, currently enrolled Kern County high school students. The Tule Elk State Natural Reserve Auto Safari is the fourth Saturday of every month starting at 11 a.m. Vehicles will tour the Reserve caravan-style to learn more about the elk and the reserve. Tours are about 2 hours, bring cameras, binoculars, water and a picnic lunch.
