Bakersfield police are crediting D-N-A evidence and a law change for an arrest in a 14 year-old sexual assault case. 44 year-old Paul Strategos was taken into custody for allegedly assaulting a six year-old child in Bakersfield in 2007. Sergeant Robert Pair says there would be no D-N-A match available if a law hasn’t been changed in 2009, which allows samples to be taken after felony arrests instead of convictions…
