This is far more serious than just a case of ‘boys will be boys’ Sunday morning…

Bakersfield Police Sergeant Robert Pair says a 14 year-old boy was driving. Two other 14 year-olds and a 16 year-old were in the car. The pursuit ended when the driver tried to turn on westbound Highway 58 and crashed, rolling down an embankment. The 16 year-old was pinned in the car and is now in critical but stable condition at a local hospital. The 14 year-olds took off, but were caught and arrested.
