DUI SUSPECTED IN TRIPLE FATAL COLLISION WITH TRAIN

Three young men have been killed in a collision with a moving freight train on Kimberlina Road, and the CHP says DUI is suspected. Officer Tomas Martinez says the 19-year-old driver, identified as McKinley Toliver of Wasco, drove at an unknown speed past the crossing arms at 2:34 Sunday morning.

Martinez says the Honda rolled at least once, and officers at the scene say there’s evidence that alcohol may have been involved.
