A woman whose body was found in an orchard just east of State Route 43 is identified as 33-year-old Claudia Vazquez of Bakersfield. Deputies found her April 26th in the area off Superior Road and Stockdale Highway, but it’s not known how long she’d been there or how she died. An autopsy is planned.
