BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — Kern County Treasurer and Tax Collector Jordan Kaufman has announced he will not seek another term.
Kaufman has served in various finance and investment-related positions for the county for 31 years and says he’ll leave his position after he finishes his current term which ends in January 2027.
Kaufman is endorsing Assistant Kern County Treasurer and Tax Collector Chase Nunneley for the position.
