BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — A Tehachapi man has entered a plea to charges of possessing child porn.
David Curran, 26, pleaded no contest Wednesday and faces a year in jail and two years’ probation.
Curran was arrested in August 2025 when agents from Homeland Security and U.S. Secret Service served a search warrant in the 23000 block of San Juan Drive where they found more than 600 images on his cell phone.
Curran will be sentenced May 20.
